29-year old PG/SG Beno Udrih is going to opt in for the 2012-13 season for the Bucks and that means he’s going to make $7.8 million bucks.  The Bucks are probably not to happy with that, but I can’t blame Udrih.  Udrih has played in 57 games (0 starts) for the Bucks so far this year and he is averaging 18.0 minutes, 5.8 points, 1.6 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game.  He has now played in 560 games (234 starts) in his first 7 years in the NBA and he is averaging 23.7 minutes, 9.2 points, 2.2 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.  The Bucks are likely going to try to deal Udrih over the summer.

UPDATE:  (5/23/2012) – Beno Udrih has officially opted in for the 2012-13 season with the Bucks.

30-year old PF/C Drew Gooden has been an NBA nomad so far in his career as the Bucks are his 9th team already.  But, he has played well for the Bucks in his two years with the team.  He has played in 52 games (42 starts) for the Bucks so far this year and he is averaging 26.2 minutes, 13.7 points, 6.4 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game.  Drew Gooden took over as the Bucks’ starting center when Andrew Bogut got hurt (again) and he has kept the job all season long.
